‘Summon your inner Goddess’ yoga and nature retreat

A retreat day filled with magical meditations, ritual, yoga, nutritious food, breathwork and healing touch.
Hosted in beautiful, tranquil surrounds and filled with magical meditations, breathwork, yoga, crystals, yoga nidra and healing touch, this will be a chance to switch off from the world. Throughout the day we will move the body in a gentle, grounding way leaving you feeling light in both body and mind.
A healthy light, vegetarian lunch and afternoon treats will be provided by RFresh (If anyone has any dietary requirements please let us know) plus herbal teas will be on offer throughout the day.

Date: Sunday 6 November 2022
Time: 10am-4pm – please arrive in good time (from 9:30) to allow set up
Venue: The Isis Centre, Jersey (full address + directions to be provided on booking)
Cost: £115 for the day, includes lunch, snacks, herbal teas and ritual keepsakes.
Details:
-This is open to all levels
-Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment
-What to bring : A yoga mat & a block if you have one (if you don’t have either let us know and we can provide)
-Wear comfortable clothing as there will be lots of yoga practice, please also bring warm clothes for relaxation and when sitting. Plus elements of the day will be outside, weather permitting.
-Please let us know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can cater for you accordingly on the day
