About

As an island girl moving to the big city of London and working all hours to create and grow an indie production company, I realised I wasn’t looking after myself properly or making enough time to simply ‘be’ and missed the island lifestyle I had once taken for granted.  After discovering yoga many years ago and forming a deep connection with the practice, I decided to train as a yoga instructor in order to continue my learning and to share this passion with others.  I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2015 on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica and am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance UK.

On my return to the UK I set about finding ways to achieve balance and how to embrace the exhilarating London lifestyle.  There’s just something so beautiful about teaching outdoors so whenever I got the chance, I’d teach in the London parks, and even on the roof decking of the houseboat I lived in at Canary Wharf.  A few years later, I decided to move back to Jersey, where I am currently based.  You can find me teaching on the beach down at Ouaisne in St Brelades, when the weather and tides permit 🙂

I primarily offer Vinyasa flow yoga classes, where I sequence playful, flowing classes which focus on synchronizing the movement of the body with the breath. Through a variation of sun salutations, standing and seated poses you’ll build core stability, strength, balance and flexibility. These classes are suitable for everybody (I especially encourage beginners) and each class ends in Savasana, a deep relaxation to nurture and empower both body and mind.
